| i thank you, the only complaint i have is the fabric i used for the cover, while being a realistic blade color, is very pron to fraying. i do not expect it to last much past gates.. sad day. lol _________________ There ain't no rest for the wicked

I'm having that same problem. I'm going to need a new cover for my red almost asap. It's only seen one practice so far and already it's tearing. I'm sad about it, too, because it looked so nice. ;.; We need to find a more durable fabric of the same colour. _________________ I am because I need to be.

| and the weird thing is that the fabric isn't that thin. i bought it with the intent to beat up senseless, and on the roll it wasn't fraying, only after i cut it did i start to have problems, im definitely gonna have to find another metallic cover for it. it looks so shiny! _________________ There ain't no rest for the wicked

| I actually might know a way to fix this, now that I think about it. We'd just have to fold over the edge and sew it with a machine before we hand-stitched it on to the cover. ... I might try this and see if it works. If it does, I'll let you know. _________________ I am because I need to be.

| If it's fraying where there's no edge, probably need new fabric, but a beautiful sword indeed sir. _________________ Armor and Weapons Smith Soldier Page Friend to all

| You may be pulling hte fabric to tight. some fabric, though it looks good, isn't condusive to tight stretching. _________________ Making money the old fashion way...killing for it.

| http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=20517&id=1271360129&l=113646b222my step by step...steps. lol very true, but this fabric just isn't good for covers, i've already seen another sword cover with the same fabric tear. it looks amazing and i will coddle it until it tears, then i will replace it with a much better cover and fight like crazy with it _________________ There ain't no rest for the wicked
