Renaisance maid outfit

Anyone know what a period maid outfit looked like? I'm thinking of having a berserker alternate identity for dag and I want to figure out how the garb is going to look.

What period did you have in mind? Renaissance? Medieval?.....

no idea, period garb is something im not to familiar with. Ideally something that would look good on a 6 foot 2 male.

What do a period maid and a berserker have to do with each other?

I assume you mean a "period made berserker costume". right?

What type of berserker are you looking for?

Some are Bare-sark-er. Means bare skinned. They are the kinda who wear fur/leather pants or loin clothes and no shirt.

Bearzark, which is a tribal like group who worship and immulate bears.

Conan-like... which are, well, Conan.

Or any number of other literary type berserks. Try looking on google or any other search engine. Find a picture resembling what you have in mind.

By maid I mean maid. Berserker likely isn't the most correct term, by berserker I meant fighting in a very aggressive manner showing no fear or pause in front of the enemy.

Well then, period maid/manservant/serf/house hand garb would really depend on where and when you want your character to be from. But, basically you want single color cloth, simple patterns and lotsa dirt. Unless you were a personal servant/maid for a noble-men. Then you would wear cloths that wear similar in colors, but cheaper in material and make, as your leige.
