need a shield for war?

I want to make sure that we have a good number of shields at war, so if you need a shield let me know what kind you are want and ill give you the expected price. then at war ill give you the shield and the actual priceof production of which il lonly ask for half to continue to make shields to donate to any province that needs them. if your interested in my work you may ask, Myself, Tygrieve, Turrin, and Koltin, cuz i have made shields for all of them.
