This guy has some videos, the Fighting Definitions videos, that have some pretty helpful techniques in them. They cover various grips, stances and types of shots. I believe they're using Amtgard weapons, but the principles and maneuvers are basically the same across the different organizations. They might just be a little tougher to do quickly in Dag.

The last video seems a bit too tappy for my tastes, but I know some people in Dag use those techniques.

Note what Constantine said, Iohn, Amtgard weapons, but the principles and movements translate easily across games.

Yeah, a lot of people i know who fight both games incorporate what they can from amtgard shots, which from my experience are a lot more varied, but for the same reason, the dag/bel weapons can't do all those shots cause of the wrist strain.

Also, the guy in the video is Brennan, He's an amtgard serpent knight (for A&S) I believe, or he may be a sword knight. He's been trying to get cross gaming events going that incorporate rules from amt/dag/bel. He just did one not long ago called Lord of War which was mostly dag/bel rules, but used amtgard archery and allowed for amtgard shorts (under 36") to have no weight requirement. He also sells weighted round/octagon blades made out of closed cell foam and are heavy enough and sturdy enough for bel. This may sound like more of a plug than it's supposed to, but the crossgaming is something i'm really in support of.
