I just skimmed through our facebook to get an idea for first impressions. I think its ok, they could also look at all of our group pictures and get a better idea about what we do.

I believe so, yes. although we might be able to print through the weekend. I honestly don't know when that deadline is. I like the facebook page being on there. It gives people a lot of pictures and an option to join the group and hear more from us. IF we have someone that will check that email often. then we could put it on in addition to what you already have. But i think facebook thing should stay, since so many people have facebooks.

I just left fliers in Pixelated and Eclipse. If anyone wants to print some fliers, or edit them for next semester, send me your email and ill give you a copy.

I would put the e-mail address, and the facebook page on the flyers. Facebook is still probably the most effective way we communicate.

My concern is over-complicating it. If we give them more than one way to contact us they might be confused.
I have enough fliers for the summer I think, and they have already been printed anyways. I'm going to put the email on there and check how it looks tho.

The email and/or phone number is the most important thing you put on a flier. Period. If people have questions or concerns, it's a lot harder to approach a facebook group page you have no idea about than it is to simply call someone up or e-mail them and talk person to person. It makes us much more approachable. That's why I've always given out my personal phone number and e-mail. That's what the people who run a club on campus typically do, in my experience. If you're not comfortable with giving out yours, then perhaps Evil or Cole will be alright with putting theirs.

Also: We've always put three or four ways to contact us on the flier. That's not over-complicating, that's giving people options, and the more contact options you have, the more legitimate you seem.

Besides the facebook group, it might be good to put the Haven forums, too. I personally find the facebook group hard to use, especially now that facebook has changed it around. -.-;

yeah facebook took the group and turned it into a big wall with pictures....im not happy with the changes. BUT the members will not get notifications when people post things on there, so we should have more people checking it, which is nice
