Alternative traveling methods

Anyone ever gone via backpacking,train hopping, hitching route?
My wanderlust is acting up again so up medicating with stories of absurd urban adventures

How about we use a plane? Built by engies at S&T of course.

I'm not sure what you mean, adventure style or getting to an event.
I know Angus has gone via train, I think it was, to get to an event before.
They let you store all your gear in the travel compartment if I remember right.

If you mean adventure style, I went hitching once. Didn't go far, lol. Was fun but almost died of dehydration :/ If you wanna hitch, best way I think is go to a festival and find someone who is already on the road and tag along. Hitching alone is a bad idea. But don't forget, just because someone helps you out doesn't mean you can trust them. But there ARE some good friends to be had on the road.
