| I'm still on the fence on whether I can go or not. But I have learned some recipes that are both tasty and great for camping food.
If I'm able to go I would be happy to help feed my brothers. =)

hey this my only be realistic for BlueSprings but:"For the people who live close enough to go and clean out their camp site of any plants or sticks etc. we will be making a trip to Holden March 7th and the 28th. So put it in your plans to come and make your camp site pretty before Gates cuz this is your chance!!! But please do not show up there any other time to do so. This is a private property and its very nice of them to let us use it for all of these events!
Much Luv, Witesh "
I thought we should go and insure awesome camping of awesome

| Hey, I know some of us from truman are going. One big question I have is would you be opposed to use fighting with your company / whatever army you get thrown with? Also would you have a problem with us camping with you all? Probably more questions to follow. | |

| Definitely not. The more, the merrier. The only thing we'd need to know is how many of you are going (and hopefully get some of you to preregister as Havener's) so we could secure enough camp ground. | |

| So do we make our own food? And if we do is it over a camp fire? Cause if we do and it is over a camp fire I am pretty good at cooking most regular meals that way. My mom taught me. We went camping A LOT!! | |

| Probably as far as cooking goes, we'll want to stick with canned goods and cup ramen and things of the like. The less ingredients and cooking utensils, the better (though I think that might be a personal opinion). However, I know Svipdag made us all a lovely pizza last time, so if we can get everyone to bring the stuff for it... that shouldn't be a bad idea. :3 Basically, if you want to pack things to cook a meal, go for it, but it's not necessary. | |

| to Chwiwgwn:
Kairi and I are of two different opinions on this, which is okay, since it's pretty much up to each person what they want to bring to eat. I think the more we can cook, the better. Lunch is pretty moot though, since it is by necessity going to be a small meal, and probably cold. Some fruit, and maybe a little bread and protein are good. I say, the more cooks the merrier though for Saturday night. Let's have a feast, since this will probably be the only big meal. It would be nice to have a hot breakfast, but breakfast should be just enough to get us through to lunch, not a big feast.

| Ramen will not nurish you if it is warm out.
I am a huge fan of Ramen, but for an active weekend, you don't want that. No nutrients.
A good cooler filled with meats cheeses and bread for light lunch. One big cooler full, could feed you all. And, it is cheap.

| I'm a fan of fruit, meat, cheese, and bread with something like tea/gatorade to go with it for lunch. For dinner i'd probably do something a bit more elaborate, mainly if the group of us wanted to do a "feast" of our own. | |

| OH! which reminds me. I asked my folks what they have camping wise - they have three tents (two big, and one small), three huge-ass coolers for food, and SEVEN SOCCER CHAIRS. HOLY GOD. Our campsite is going to be sweettttttt They also have some other various supplies, which I will check on next time I go home - I remember seeing tin mugs and such. | |
